Drivers Age

18 to 80 Years

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Vehicles can be driven into the following countries only: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal (excl Madeira), San Marino, Spain (excl Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

Written consent must be obtained for travel into Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia and/or Slovakia prior to your rental. A charge of EUR 6.05 applies. Fullsize, Premium and Luxury cars are not permitted into these countries. Restrictions to travel over water or by train may apply.

Please check with the rental provider in advance that the vehicle has the proper equipment in accordance with local traffic rules of the country you intend to travel to (eg. Winter tyres).
